Hot Dog with Guacamole, Pepper Jelly, and Chips.
- 1 Nathan’s Beef Frank, footlong
- 1 hoagie roll, microwaved for 30 seconds
- ¼ large avocado, chopped
- 1 slice tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Trader Joe’s Pepper Jelly
- ¼ cup Trader Joe’s Salt & Pepper Wavy Chips
Preheat pan to medium-heat.
Chop one-fourth of a large avocado and season with salt and pepper. Repeat steps with sliced tomato. Set aside until beef frank is cooked.
Cook beef frank until seared on all sides. Place in hoagie roll.
Sprinkle chopped avocado, chopped tomato, pepper jelly, and chips on beef frank.
